Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to return or exchange an item so we try to make the process as painless as possible. If you have any queries at all please contact support@chapter47wellness.comDAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we can either offer a full refund or a replacement within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item.
To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge, please contact support@ joelandjude.com with your name, address & order number and our customer service team will generate a shipping label for you.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that either your refund has been issued or that a replacement has been sent out.
Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, we get that. If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order we ask that you complete the returns form (click here to download) and return the item in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken within 14 days.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover the cost of returning unwanted items at this time, so the postage cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and inspected by our customer care team, you will be notified that your refund has been issued.
If you cancel your order before the items are shipped out a refund will be issued right away.
We are unable to process exchanges of items at this current time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please get in touch with our support team and we can issue a refund when you return the initial item back to us and you can then place another order for the new product you would like. Please follow the 'Returning an order' instructions above to send an item back to our warehouse.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK, FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £40
Orders being shipped via Standard Delivery will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD. Please note there are no deliveries on Bank Holidays and orders will be delivered the next working day.
If you are not available to receive your order, your delivery will be left in a safe place or a card will be left allowing you to collect your parcel from your local pick point.
